Some men should not marry. Jesse Jackson was a crook that robbed other crooks. He goes straight and on the day he is to be married, an old friend is pursued by a posse and stops at his house. He leaves the girl at the altar and throws off the posse. She does not want him back, but he follows her. He goes back to his old life and realizes he likes it and the adventures continue. However, he still pursues the woman.

Not worth the paper it is printed on IN MY OPINION. If there was a story there I did not get it, just a bunch of chase scenes and unbelievable trickery. Characters were shallow to me, meant nothing, Max Brand is now on my do not read list.

Christmas gift. Sure have been enjoying the works of Max Brand. Written in the thirties, but still fresh and enjoyable today. Interesting...more depth than the average TV oater used to have, more plot twists, and interesting character development.

Typical trashy western written in the 1930s. The author would have us believe that Jesse Jackson is some sort of western Robin Hood anti-hero, doing good while trying to win back his lady love. Not bad writing but OTT melodrama.
