Danielle Paquette-Harvey is an Award-Winning, Amazon International Best Selling author of romantasy novels. Her books have sold thousands of copies worldwide. Her stories include vampires, werewolves, dragons, elves, magic, morally gray characters, steamy romance, and much more.

Her books have been translated into French, and they are currently being translated into Italian and Spanish.

OMG the stories are all different but all with a the same theme. It's amazing! I kept turning the pages, gripping at them. These authors are so talented! I will be getting my paperback copy even though I already have the ebook. This cover is so beautiful, it will look amazing in my bookshelf.

I am so glad that I did receive an arc or I most likely wouldn't have picked it up this book. Although I didn't love every story, I found some new authors I want to read more from. This collection of stories were supernatural romantic spicy tales that had you ready for the next book. Below I rated each story so that you can see my individual ratings.

What I like about anthologies with different authors is that you get to taste different flavor of writing and choose to have more without feeling overwhelmed.

This collection of "twisted" story is beautiful. It feeds that darkness that I sometimes crave.

All the stories are worth reading and everyone who likes dark romances should give this collection a try.

I have already read C.D's McKenna's and Danielle Paquette-Harvey's books, and I will follow more of their work and some others in the anthology, but with that said, I pick my top 3 favorites:

3: A bloodied kiss by C.D McKenna
I love this enemy to lover story.
The story has just enough angst and slow simmer toward the sensual lovemaking...

while the action makes me want to scream. It's unclear to me if Rose was turned into a vamp, though. I hope she did so that they can live happily ever after for many, many years hehe.

2: Gate 13 by Des Sweet
What can I say about this story? It's beautiful. It caught my attention from the get go. Dark angel, death? YES PLEASE!

I especially love the scene of Star with her ex wahahaha!

And lastly MY TOP FAVORITE!

Devoured And Damned by Ivy Winter
This is so dark, cruel, and so good. He patiently waited and made the takeover very satisfying I screaming into my pillow for more after reading it. It's the story I finished the fastest because I couldn't let it go.

Very entertaining, wonderful read. I liked some stories better than others, I think my favorite was A Bloodied Kiss by C.D. McKenna.

In talking with some of the authors, a few of the stories are set in bigger universes (i.e. ABK), so if you have a fave check out the individual author, there might be more to the story!

This was a collection of eight dark and sexy romance short stories. Each unique tale is by a different and talented author. This was perfect for my easily distracted attention right now, I could pick up and finish a story in one sitting. Also the supernatural/fantasy aspect to each was timed great for my Halloween mood reads.

Shattered Angel by Azalea Hudson was by far the best story in this book. It’s a quick tale of star-crossed lovers who struggle with their angel and demon love for one another. Meadow, a sweet angelic girl is liberated by human-demon lover boy Zander. Traveling through the realms of a “Dante’s Inferno” type, the lovers make their desperate escape so that Meadow won’t need to worry about a forced marriage upon her to a vile demon.
This was a very well written romance and action fantasy. Azalea Hudson makes me feel like I’m actually in the story as a witness character! Bravo!

This was a great collection of short stories by a wonderful team of authors.

Dark fantasy romance reads full of spice and the supernatural.

Angels. Demi-Gods. Vampires. Demons.

If you are in the mood for some spicey romance, I recommend picking this up! Each author has a different style but they all deliver a great read.

Each story explores the pull of the darker side and a love or lust that can make the shadows enticing.

It is also a great October read, giving the spooky chills of Halloween and the monsters that go bump in the night.

I have read a few books and stories from some of the authors in this anthology before and was excited to dive into this book!

This Anthology of eight Fantasy/Supernatural shorts have something for everyone!
It has Vampires, Werewolves, Succubus, Dragons, Demigods, Demons and Angels.
Some of these stories are part of a larger world that the author has already established and provides another look into that world. With the other stories providing you a glimpse into worlds I can only hope the author’s will expand upon and give us more to devour!

Every story has a common thread. That thread is how far someone would go to be with the one they love. Or lust for. FATE is in the driver’s seat throughout every story. But love is riding shotgun! Spice is also woven in every story and some stories are spicier than others.

This is a WICKEDly great collection of Fantasy and Supernatural short stories and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new author or two to read.

After reading everyone else's short story, I was actually really disappointed in my own. (Love At Midnight)

These authors are absolutely brilliant and I am so lucky to be working along side them in this project.
Their stories are unique and captivating in every sense.

I chose to give this a five star solely based on reading the stories of the other authors.
