I wasn't sure what to expect from this series, but I loved it! The Enslaved Chronicles are set in a world where all magic users are magically enslaved in the service of the kingdom, and one manages to break free. It's a compelling premise that's executed with heart and care, anchored with believable, lovable characters I was rooting for all the way. Also, despite the darkness of the premise, I found this to be overall a hopeful read, which I'm always happy to find in the epic genre. A great series!
I quite enjoyed this series, I thought the world was fascinating, the main characters were likeable and made rational decisions. I think my only wish was that there was more to the ending. I kind of would love an epilogue to see Miara come into her own, be happy and not on alert, in times of peace. I'd read this series again
I really loved this trilogy. I liked the theme of good or evil in people and magic and the new perspective this took with the mage slaves. The characters were great and hearing a few different viewpoints gave great perspective. Would definitely recommend

Well wow! What a journey this series takes us on from al points of view is refreshing and eye opening. Truely a read that keeps you guessing as to what and how the outcome will sort itself. So worth the time to read.
Several romances that are closed door. Epic battles between Mages, slave owners and kingdoms. Hopelessly outnumbered but not giving up despite all obstacles. Battle between good and evil.
