All citizens will comply with a compulsory relocation programAll citizens on their 18th birthday will receive a mark on their right bicep permanently branding them into a profession chosen by NOAH.Any human found criticizing NOAH will be publicly flogged.Any human attempting to flee the kingdom may receive capital punishment.Any human, and all known associates, harboring a magical creature will be publicly executed.Any non-human creature found in the kingdom shall be put to death in a manner deemed fit by NOAH.Bounties will be paid for information leading to the arrest of anyone violating the aforementioned decrees.
