This book was a great financial conversational starter between my son and I. The book floats up all the relevant financial ideas you might need to know in a simple and colourful way… facilitating a conversation, but be warned. It is very much a skate across the surface.
Very nice guide and introduction to economics. Of course, you're not going to learn much just by reading it but it provides a starting point to then continue learning from, through more advanced textbooks, wikipedia articles and more.
This was an easy read---very simplified with good illustrations and gives a reasonable explanation. Was able to skim/read through it in less than one hour
