Dip books don't usually get much mileage in our house, since Tim and I really don't eat anything involving sour cream, ranch or mayonnaise. Every once in a while, something with cream cheese is okay. We're just not white condiment people. Since many many dips require at least one of the above ingredients, we tend to stick to salsas and hummus as our go-to dips.
That being said, there are several recipes in this book that I would try. There are also several that made me gag merely by reading the list of ingredients. Chunky bleu cheese dip? *shudder* But for someone, that probably sounds amazing.
This one is definitely worth checking out, as long as you know you'll probably be skimming quite a few pages.
