Juke: Book 3 in the Legrand Series

Rate this book
Ana’s worst nightmare came true, but for once she’s not fleeing - she’s coming home. At least, that’s what she keeps telling herself. Numb from exhaustion and overwhelming heartbreak, she returns to her native New York to track down Sam, her long lost childhood best friend. They were each others’ only source of home when they were teenagers abandoned by their families, with a shared passion for music helping them not only survive dark times, but thrive. And find him, she does. Sam wastes no time hatching a plan to realize their old dreams of hearing their songs on the radio. And Ana has nothing holding her back this time from going along with his vision. She’s finally home, in the arms of her best friend who has always known exactly who she is and loved her for it, the brash city sounds somehow comforting when she lies awake at night in his microscopic Brooklyn apartment. But then… why does she feel so homesick?

The Legrand Series is not meant for young readers and steamy scenes, triggering content. Books are meant to be read in chronological order. There will be one more book in the series after this one.

Very good read

The characters are well rounded. The story line is well written. Sam and Ana pick back up their friendship and then decide to take the band on tour
