DNF - it was boring. And it's so frustrating when the characters don't talk to each other. I get it, people don't say everything they are thinking to each other, but this took that to a whole different level.

If you haven't met the Weavers yet, you don't know what you're missing! They're a huge, boisterous, hard working, fun loving, devoted family and each one has their own story to tell. The tales begin in 1871 and continue into the early 1900s. All About Connections

Kit Morgan's The Perfect Match is all about connections. Both Katy Jones and Arlen Weaver are connected to families from Kit's previous historical romances. They are also connected to each other by a kiss when they met as teenagers. There are other connections as well. But you will have to read the book yourself to find out what they are. And I'm pretty sure you're going to love it. I did.

Kit, you did it again with this wonderful story of Alan Weaver and Katy Jones. How your first kiss and love never leaves you and the second time around can be a lot sweeter. Thanks for taking me back to my fist love. Get this book and it might help you to remember you first love too.

This book was so boring and predictable that I figured the story from the first chapter, i knew that she'll be a blind coward in serious denial, while he'll be a Mama's boy with an extremely pushy, meddling, obnoxious mother (even if she meant well)! It took me forever to read it because it was so boring!

I loved reading this humorous story of meddling mothers and town folk as a festival is being planned. Their story has a hea for now.

This novella was underwhelming, but has good bones to make a good story. The romantic relationship relied less on development in the present, and more on the history of Katy and Arlan as teenagers. I didn’t understand why they liked each other, and the trope toward the end shouldn’t be used in a novella. This will appeal to certain audiences, but I’m not it.

So cute! Katie Jones came to Wild Rose Ridge to write an article about their Festival. Arlan Weaver, the mayor of Wild Rose Ridge remembered their first meeting when they were teenagers and their first (and only) kiss. You will enjoy this story.
