Contains some very "doable" ideas for differentiating instruction in the classroom. Too often the solutions for meeting the instructional needs of students are overwhelming and time consuming. Michael presents some realistic approaches to managing differentiated instruction and instructional grouping. I think I got even more from the book because I was able to attend a workshop given by the author, Michael Opitz. Teachers needing some ideas to tackle the issue might want to take a look at this book.
