Everyone Wants to Go to Heaven, But...: Wit, Faith, and a Light Lunch

Rate this book
This title explores the idea that our creator may be as much fun as we can be. By turning conventional Christian concepts upside down, the author aims to guide the reader to find new ways of looking at faith. The sacred cows of Christianity may well make a great hamburger.

I picked this one up from the free library in our neighborhood. I guess I thought it would be funnier and more thought provoking than it was. So, I was a bit disappointed. Glad it's short and each letter that explains something is short. But there wasn't anything in here that struck me as funny although the drawings are good. As with any Christian book, there are some passages that are more relevant and insightful than others but I have a quite a few books I like better than this one. Not bad, just not a great fit for me.
