The Warrior

It’s the end of the world as they know it! The planet Darklands doesn’t know this yet, but their days are numbered. Wildy is a gang leader in Darklands City, the most notorious criminal throughout the land. He leads a gang so large, and so infamous, that he is considered both a military threat and a law enforcement threat. In his final battle as Darklands City’s biggest threat, Wildy faces the one being who could—and intends—to destroy him. It is Draygon, the second most powerful being on the entire planet. As Wildy faces down Draygon, the Warrior appears out of nowhere and shows Wildy the one thing he never thought he his Soul. The Warrior saves Wildy’s life, and then disappears, asking nothing in return from Wildy. Yet this glimpse of his own Soul, seen through the eyes of the Warrior, leaves Wildy desperate to find this Soul, and to do so he must find the Warrior. In his search for the Warrior, Wildy meets Rusty; a young man who has been sequestered in The Fortress of Light. While Rusty does not recognize the Warrior by that name, he does know him by another name. Soon these two are running a gang even larger than Wildy’s former gang. Together they would lead a group with a worldwide reach. If Wildy thought he was notorious before, that was nothing compared to the infamy he would see at this moment. He and Rusty would become both heroes and villains, depending on which side of this ultimate battle you wished to side.

About the author

As an actor Ben has played some serious characters with heavy-hitters in the theatrical community such as Grant Goodeve from Eight is Enough, and Northern Exposure and Barry McGuire form the Broadway Musical "Hair" and the hit song "Eve of Destruction."

As a singer/songwriter, he's worked with other singer/songwriters such as Matthew Ward, Annie Herring, and Nelly Greison, and Emmy award winning Jazz musician Roger Treece.

As a standup comedian, he has worked with Vanda Mikoloski from the "What the Bleep do we Know?' conferences.

On his own, he's just a guy, who hangs out in coffee shops, and writes books. Under the name Benjamin David, he writes what he calls, Religious Satire, stories that poke at our current dogma.

Under Ben Tousey, he writes Gay mystery novels with an emphasis on the occult. He's currently in the middle of a series of vampire stories called The Eye of the Morning.
