Most history books paint Philadelphia as a place of revolutionary greatness, but there exists a forgotten, alternative history of the City of Brotherly Love. For example, did you know that

Being a Philly native, I am always intrigued by our city's interesting history. Many of the stories in this book are little known to most Philadelphians. I've had the book for quite some time and have skimmed through it here and there. I recently dug it out of storage and for the first time I have read it cover to cover. The stories are fascinating.
