The cover art is horrid, and most of the feats and variant abilities & rules I don't allow in my game. They break the game in so many ways. Much of the text is superfluous and states only the obvious, offering nothing. Hyboria's Fiercest & Finest does a much better job in maintaining the atmosphere of the Hyborian age.
