Montgomery owns a successful brothel called Every Desire in Redemption, Nevada. With the new sheriff in town, Montgomery is being force to move her business elsewhere. Sheriff Wayne aka Cade (do not know why he has two names) is the new sheriff in redemption. His job is to clean up the town, and that includes getting Montgomery to move her brothel elsewhere.
After a few head butting, Wayne brings a solution to Montgomery and her brothel and she agrees under one condition. She wants the sheriff for 3 steamy nights. Montgomery was in control of the situation until Wayne takes control in the bedroom.
The book started out ok for me but once a deal was agreed to by both Montgomery and Wayne, it took off for me. Even though Montgomery owns a brothel, she is not what she seems; she is definitely vulnerable because of her past. Wayne has a past as well as. Both really steamed up the pages and I liked it. This is the author's earlier work and I think she has grown leading up to her recent books. The book is sexually explicit and contains bed tying and a little spanking.

Another great book by Nadia Aidan. Great book especially if you like historical romance books.
