A little bit of basic technique to start, it then the remainder of the book are drawings accompanied by brief instructions of how it was colored. This is useful and inspirational, educational even, but there's not much you can get out of it if you are inexperienced like myself. Also, the colors chosen for each picture are clearly from a particular set of pencils, but the author never says which set or brand.
