This guide is the book both parents and teens can turn to for meatless meal ideas the whole family can enjoy, whether they are all vegetarians or not. It's a fine cook book but most of the recipes are already vegetarian like French toast, biscuits, Spanish rice, ect. I wouldn't purchase again.

Best soda bread recipe ever! Changed it slightly to fit our family's taste, but a great just as it is, too. That's the nice thing about these recipies, though. They're very easy and can be adapted easily as well. Lots of fun!
