Donald has deep experience in writing, news and marketing. He was a newspaper reporter and taught English before beginning a corporate career as editor of a company newspaper, then executive speechwriter for AT&T and later director of communications for two Fortune Fifty companies. After eight years as executive director of advertising for the BellSouth Corporation, he left to consult and write. He published more than 60 by-lined articles in magazines and business publications before embarking on his mission to write novels and screenplays.
