My friend Gavin writes very well - about things I half (at best) knew, half guessed or half (At best) understood. I learned a lot.

I think the book provides a good map or at least start to what can be done to close the racial wealth gap. Gavin provides sound reason on what can be measured and what can be done. I appreciate the references and research used to provide solid context as well.
