Tehran is yet another enjoyable and thrilling read from Ty Patterson.
One of the things I like about the Zeb Carter thrillers is Ty's ability to weave his stories around the current issues.
The narrative is fast paced and involves lots of twists.

Zeb Carter series book #12

Zeb’s latest mission brings him and his team to Iran to rescue Zohra Hashimi, a researcher and student protester, who is high on the radar of the Revolutionary Guards for her activities and the secrets she took with her when she made a desperate attempt to escape. Zohra needed Zeb help and texts a message to come save her....but will Zeb get to her in time ....and another exiting adventure begins...

If you want never ending action Zeb Carter will be the man to give it. Iran is a country in turmoil with the religious oppression on its citizens and the many crimes lurking below. “Tehran” spins a tale of students’ unrest and protestors being kidnaped and tortured for being against the doctrine in this story some are even trafficked. Zohra represents what can transpire behind the façade.

In the opening thread Zeb and his team have been tasked to pick up a Russian defector and get him to Tunisia when the text from Zohra comes in. In alternate chapters the two events are told but we know that eventually they will cross over and mesh into one. We know trouble and chaos will follow Zeb and his team anywhere they go.

What a nail biter saga, we into a truckload of action while our heroes are in a race against time to save Zohra and prevent a catastrophic attack on the student population. The team finds danger at every corner and they narrowly escape many times and along the way lots and lots of shooting and killings but none of our heroes are touched.... We have plenty of suspense to keep us on our toes till we reached the finale.

Another good story penned by Mr. Patterson. He has found the perfect formula to attract his readership. But with time it may become too formulaic for some of us...

Thank you Mr. Patterson for giving us another good story

“Tehran” is another excellent production by Ty Patterson. Non-stop adventure by the usual crew of Zeb Carter. The team is asked to retrieve a Russian defector from Tunisia. At the same time, an old friend in Tehran asks them for help because of a threat to the world. The story relates to how Zorha and her friend evade the Iran authorities until Zeb’s team eventually discovers what links the stories together. The team then has to find her whereabouts and plan a rescue mission.
One can believe the despicable villains in this story because it is so typical of Iran’s culture. Fortunately, the team managed to acquire lots of resources from old friends to help them in their quest.
Once again, Ty Patterson has written a book that incorporates the world and its problems and it makes the story feel so real. After reading this, one must wonder what will the authorities in Iran be planning for the world in the future. One shudders to think.
I would recommend anyone to read this book and his previous books about Zeb Carter and his crew to obtain a sense of their talents.

Tehran is a non-stop action-packed story. While taking some downtime in Morocco, Zeb and the team are asked to pick up the Russian defector Petrov and get him out of Tunisia. In the middle of carrying out that assignment, they receive a text from a friend asking Zeb to please help her. Little did Zeb and the team know these two events had connections that would crossover. The happenings in the two stories are told simultaneously in alternating chapters until they meet up to help Zorha. It was nice to have everyone together for this book, the interactions between them are something special. There were definitely some white-knuckle moments.
I really enjoy the way Ty Patterson takes current events and incorporates them into a fast-paced story that is so easy to see happening in today's world.

Tehran continues the Feb Carter and the Warrior Team series in excellent fashion

Zohra Hashimi and other protestors of the Iranian government are aware of the fatal punishment that awaits them if they are caught by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards in Tehran. After a recent protest, the protestors remain in hiding while Zohra has a secret that must keep to herself. So Zohra texts a message to Zab to come and save her from those who are doing their best to find her and her protestor friends. In the mean time, Zen and friends are in nearby countries on their own mission. The question is: will Zeb get that message in time to save her.

Tehran is full of action and adventure that we all expect to find in Ty Patterson's Warrior series. And this book reflects those readers' thoughts in spades! So start reading this book; you won't regret it!

Zeb, the team & Zohra

A friend has reached out for help from Zeb. She has valuable information she can't let get in the wrong hands. Yet, trying to hide out with a group of women fighting the government's restrictions may make finding her next to impossible. She's not the only reason they end up being in that country.

Another rambunctious outing with the team to save someone, whether it be the US or another. Action. Danger. Impossible feats. The author never fails to bring the reader an amazing story that fits into the world today. Sometimes it is almost TOO real. Never a disappointment opening to end.

ACTION! SUSPENSE! HUMOR! In Tehran You Get It All In "Tehran", The 12th Zeb Carter Thriller

Once again Ty Patterson, the author of "Tehran" delivers an extremely readable thriller. Speaking for myself, and only myself, I have always enjoyed this series for it has always provided me with the elements of a story which I enjoy most..."ACTION! SUSPENSE!, and HUMOR! All three elements are present on almost every page.

This is one of those "I Can't Put This Down...But I Need To Get Something Done! As you turn another page sort of books.

Yes. I Highly Recommend this book, which I was privileged to read as an Advanced Copy Reader in exchange for an honest review.

The author pulls you in with awesome characters and fantastic storylines. They keep your attention from start to finish. I’m always excited for one of his books and always sad to get to the ending. Action packed!!! You really should try his books you’ll be happy you did!

They never seem to get a full vacation. Clare called and ask them to find a Russian. Also a friend texted them for help. They found the Russian but they also found others needing help.
Will they get to Zohar in time to help her?

Great action, once again the team returns to Iran and wreaks havoc in the country. Zeb and the crew continue to find trouble and chaos wherever they land. As they race to take away the latest weapon Iran is determined to inflict on the world they have plenty of old friends, new friends, and of course enemies by the truckload.

Zeb and the agency crew need to get a Russian defector out of Tehran and to the United States. Should be easy, right? Not at all. They run into obstacles and extra missions along the way. Like a secret weapon being made and a friend who needs their help getting away from government police alive. Just another mission for them all.

A typical Zeb Carter book. Easy to read, up to date, a good team buddy tale, well told.
Still struggle with the team dynamics though, always have. It's like Zeb goes in, gets stuck, the team, or an individual, or another spy agency comes to the rescue, just in the nick of time. I mean, it's one of the things I don't like, but, I still read these books with joy.

Zeb and his crew once again create havoc in the Middle East. This time they are looking for an old friend as well trying to stop another deadly secret weapon Iran is building. There are so many turns and twists in this deadly thriller you will NOT be able to put it down. Definitely in the top five Zeb Carter books. Always an awesome cast of characters and non stop action. Highly recommended !

Another great story that will keep you on the edge of your seat as Zeb and the team try to complete a mission so they can go to Iran to rescue Zohra. The journey there is just another typical day for them - rescuing some women, dealing with a bad guy, and asking for help from some friends. There's plenty of danger and suspense, narrow escapes, and surprising discoveries. Oh, and Zohra has lost her phone so the team will need to find a way to locate her. I highly recommend this book and series.

lots of action. very liberal left wing views.

Great suspense, lots of action. Likeable characters but extremely liberal left wing views. Subtle digs at conservative values throughout. Too bad.
