very spicy

I mostly enjoyed the stories. The shifter being out in the open but covertly leaving their lives leads to a vulnerable significant other on the honesty tip. The woman were all in the bloom of their lives and I liked that they were with the one exception in their late 30s and 40s. Since I read 10 in a row the stories were a bit repetitive but decent, especially the over the top orgasms. Lol I wish

Don't waste your money

If sexual encounters is what you want to read then this is for you because there's hardly any story. You start a new chapter and your right in the middle of an intercourse. If the author would take each story worked with it a bit more she might have something worth really reading.

Midlife wolf love triangle

I wasn’t too sure on this storyline at the start. Cheating is not my favourite genre however the author has written this book very well and made it quite acceptable. Well done. Another great performance from Mark.

This is a great book. With a past that is bound to find her this leading lady is trying to stay safe for her daughter. Luckily there’s a shifter that wants to look after both of them. A great performance.

Midlife leopard sweet angel

This is quite a sad storyline. With a sweet neighbour this shifter needs all the help he can get.

With a tiger shifter nothing is normal for this couple. It’s a lovely storyline with hotness and heroism. Great performance.

This book is a collection of short stories about shifters, from wolves to big cats to dragons, as they face the adjustments that midlife brings. These stories have lots of heart and romance. The narrator was excellent but listening to a male voice for female roles was a little disconcerting.
(I "read" the audio edition of this book. I don't read Kindle books except out of necessity. )

DNF a few chapters into the first book.

I'm not into this. The writing didn't support Jep's worrying about possible having feelings for Raven after knowing her for about two seconds. And then Raven calls Jep for help when her car's going to be repossessed after, again, knowing him for about two seconds? Bleh.

The dialogue was kind of stilted, too.

I enjoy each story in this Midlife genre. It was a big fun short story of Shifters meeting their human mates in strange circumstances and making their relationship work.

Skipped a few of the stories / Some are good. Quick reads. I appreciated the midlife POVs. Definitely 'a shifter is normal, not werewolf' vibe. No magic spells or evil warlocks. Spicy level ranges within the different books in this volume. MOST are HEAs.

Liked how short these stories were, the stories were believable and not too far fetched.. liked the concept of shifters coming out and living sorta comfortable in society.. some editing issues and grammatical errors but didn't let that stop me from reading the series.

REALLY enjoyed these stories as "Midlife" applies to a ,ot of us readers. Was having an emotionally rough wknd when started reading this series, put a whole new perspective on things. Your stories picked me up & had me re-evaluating certain aspects of life. Thank you💐👏👏🥂💙💙

Love second time around mostly

More enjoyable than I thought it would be.
A lot of the situations involved children and widower's finding second chance love.
Only a couple were separation or divorces.
But all had HEA, of course.

Too much emphasis placed on sexual nature not enough on the plot of the story. Just a touch on the sex and more on the story would have been a excellent read
