The sweeping saga of the triumphant love of Sonya Poliakovna, heiress to the grandeur of Imperial Russia, her passionate husband, revolutionary Count Gregory Tolchin, and their daughter, Delphi, who defies convention and her heritage to achieve her ambitions
I enjoyed this book - I did not love it, but I liked it well enough. You would think that a book about the Romanov family, art, sex, lies and WWII would rock me, but honestly it kind of went on for too long. I guess what I am saying is that there is no need to put this at the top of your reading list, but if you are out of reads - go for it.
