Letto per una seconda volta, visto che anni fa, non so se avevo apprezzato appieno quello che diceva il libro. E abbastanza interessante, e ci sono delle cose come la meditazione che adesso pratico che vorrei provare in modo zan-zen, ed essere più presente nel qui e ora, e mi rispecchio adesso appieno nel modo di mangiare senza animali, e nel minimalismo.
