What's love got to do with it? That's what Alex asks herself when two seriously sexy guys invite her to remain with them after having undergone a week of intensive training as their sex slave. In this sequel to Two Masters for Alex, Alex is tested in ways she never dreamed, her erotic boundaries stretched to the breaking point. As her two Masters guide her in the exploration of sensual submission, Alex finds herself falling into the dangerous waters of love, all the while fearing that love might never be returned. Liam encourages Daniel to explore his dominant impulses with Alex, confident they can handle the sexy, sassy girl they have brought on board to spice up their play. Neither man is prepared for the conflicting desires stirred up by the presence of the passionate young woman in their lives. Strong emotions surface when love and jealousy collide like freight trains, throwing all three into uncharted territory where heartbreaking decisions must be made.
Reader Advisory: Story contains a sexual slavery scene that could be considered disturbing.

Oh dear, non-existent god, why did I decided to try the second one? If anything, it had less sex than the previous one, the only thing that kept me reading it.
In this one a sex party is held at the master's house with Alex on display (she's informed and required to answer if she wants to go in... 5 minutes)
Then we're shown over the top Dom's, several bullies, one particularly evil one who's there only to show Alex just how lucky she was to land on Daniel and Liam's house. There is alcohol and, I would suppos, tipsy people playing with crops and canes. Cool shit.
The critical point is when Daniel and Liam decide to take the sticks off their asses and talk that this isn't working. No shit, you brought a totally new item in your relationship, in a permanent basis, keeping her in the shadow most of time, clearly not an equal partner in the feelings, and you guys thought it was a good idea? then Alex overhears that maybe she should leave, and she does so, because she apparently has some self-esteem under her sexed being and decided that maybe she should think in what she wants.
Then Alex decided to try AGAIN to offer herself to the first Dom available, the evil one from the party. Except instead of being lucky and landing on the house of normal people, she gets herself a psychopath with Master's deliriums. And she has some laughing inner monologues like "You cannot take trust, you earn it! and yeah right, like Liam and Daniel proved themselves to being trustworthy at first glance.
The she runs, Liam finds her, takes her to their house as to surprise Daniel "Look, lover, I found your toy, they talk a little. Then new paragraph instead of a magical epilogue, several weeks have passed, Alex overcame her trauma, new feelings had blossomed, everything is settled and now she sleeps on the same bed as Liam and Daniel. That basically Alex's biggest accomplish in the whole series.
I would strongly suggest reading "Two Masters for Alex" first. This awesome book is the sequel.
If "Two Masters for Alex" is about Liam, Daniel and Alex coming together, I would say that "Two Loves for Alex" is more about them together and trying to stay together.
I could not put this book down. I missed meals because I couldn't even pause to eat. I have re-read this story a few times and I still pick out things that I missed before because I get so involved and read so fast I can't keep up with myself. lol. There is actually one scene in the book that I could feel my heart beat in my throat it was so action packed.
This story has action, drama, love, BDSM, super hot sex and an awesome read. I love Claire Thompson stories and this is my favorite of all the books she has wrote. Now that I have read two stories with Liam, Daniel and Alex I want more. I would love for Claire Thompson to come up with an idea for another book because they are my favorite triade grouping. I would buy another book about them in a heart beat.

This was such a great follow up to their first story. I find this book no less emotional than the first, maybe even more. Liam, Daniel and Alex all really work together to feel their way around what it means to LIVE and exist in a permanent triade relationship. It is not always sunshine their are struggles with jealousy, wondering how you fit in and just flat out being lonely at times. This covers all of that and really shows how it can work and when it DOES it is explosive.....the sex is great of course and I really feel that all three of the main characters really developed emotionally in this segment. I would recommend this book to anybody that love a good BDSM story, with an emotional edge to it.
Triggers Triggers Triggers Spoiler alert I was happy to see these three characters found their HEA. I was disappointed that Alexandra was foolish enough to trust the sadistic Anthony Campos, but happily relieved that she was cunning enough to get away from him. ( unfortunately not until after being abused by him long after using her “safe word”....the abuse includes oral rape ) I don’t recommend this BDSM MMF story if the reader has any trigger issues. If you can get past the ick factor of Campos, then enjoy.

I'm torn writing this review. My heart broke for Alex in book one.
Book 2 redeemed the guys. Though a misunderstanding, Alex runs away and, into the clutches of an abusive dominate. Liam and Daniel realize how much she has some to mean to them and hope it's not too late. This is where you see Liam as a caring, loving Dom to Alex as well as Daniel. Thankfully, book 2 was so much kinder to Alex, Liam, and Daniel. This book got a 4 1/2 stars. I received an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.
Loved these triad characters. The pain and suffering Alex went through was difficult. Her sweet innocence and desire to love and be loved made it difficult. And her exuberance in all things sexual and submissive gave a touch of levity at the right times.
