This is a book by someone who knows!
Its a rare kind of book, Jessa is amazing. This book is very deep, very hard read, and will take a long long while to complete.. I went ahead and read it, to do the exercises and the actual explorations and digest it all. It would take well over an year. It has a feel of a personal manual, like from some wise aunt or granma.
She does not feed us sugar quotes stuff like most commercial new age books these days try to do nor does she give us pseudo science. She does know her science and she knows where science ends and the spirit begins.. somehow her approach exactly matched my expectation.

A classic for those working with meditation for beginners, but also those working with guided imagery and wishing to explore their inner landscape and come to know their soul self, or higher self. To truly work with the unconscious, subconscious and all those aspects of the self and integrate into the whole perfect being that we are - and using guided imagery. It is good for those teaching and for those working alone.
