a dubious text. so there are thermometers described in the opening of the book just to add pages, as later the advice is "break the burger" to know it is done, even if that is unsafe as the meat can have any tone from brown to deep red based on the age and gender of the animal and it is not an indicator of "being done".

This book is full of easy and step-by-step recipes. Plus, it is full of pictures which is always helpful in a cookbook!

Grilling sounds difficult, but the book was quite informative. Great photographs!
