Entirely rewritten to include anecdote of mis-spent youth for which I have thoroughly repented as you shall see.

Good gift - for the right person, or the wrong person, or the person in the middle. Hey man, it's all love, right? Doesn't matter where you are, its all cool, chilled, yeah... Don't bogart that joint, pass the spliff man...

Warning: stoner stuff nowI used to have a group of friends who were very much into music and philosophy and used marijuana and lsd to fuel their interest. But you have to do something for light relief and so once a week we would have a competition for the most creative way to inhale the holy smoke.

There were vegetable bongs, 16-skin joints, genuine hubbly-bubblies, all manner of things, it was something to look forward to on a Thursday night. Until Chris did his thing and that was that, couldn't be topped.

What he did was get a load of pvc piping, about 8' of it and insert the spliff at one end. The recipient covered the other end with their palm, patting it back and forth to fill the tube with smoke. When it was full, the pipe was in the mouth and the smoke rushed into the lungs. The person inevitably coughed and fell on the floor in pain, but recovered into a sort of beatific happiness almost instantly.

But that was that, it couldn't be topped and no one wanted to think up anything else that might be even more painful, even for a rush like that, so the competition ended without a word.

Whether you are a maryjane know it all or you just want to learn the basics, this book is for you. Anyone who has an interest in cannabis will enjoy this book. It shows creative ways to roll spliffs, or joints that will 'WOW!' other stoners. This is a must read!
