Are people reading the same book I did? I really enjoyed this. I mean it's old and was written back during the financial crisis but it's still good today. And it's free! So what isn't there to like???

I don't even remember the financial crisis too much but when I read this book now it doesn't feel like it happened almost 20 years ago. I actually still learned a lot -- especially the last section of the book. Really motivating!

I didn't understand the title of this book at first, but i get it now. I guess during the financial crisis things were so bleak that you needed to have more than a plan b. In any case this is actually a good read and I learned a lot.

Some of the material is outdated, but there are some fundamental lessons that are still highly relevant today. Def worth a read!

Got some good ideas from this audiobook (free at Audible) but some of it was review of things I already knew from other financial books I've read. Overall, it was worth listening to for the new ideas I gleaned and the different perspective on what to do during this economic downturn.
