I've read a lot of new age books in my day. And this one is definitely NEW AGE. It's not very long, but i don't know if i will ever recommend it to anyone, unless of course they are having some sort of past life crisis. Then this would be the book to go to, definitely. Barring that, well.. *shrugs*

Love this book, it's such a valuable resource and I utilize the Energy Balancing and Clearing Sequences when needed.. I'd recommend anyone who was wanting to gain more understanding about reincarnation, past lives and clearing Karma..This book was way way way before it's time..thanks Diane..
