This booklet together with its well prepared counterpart, The Esoteric Teachings ( a Christian approach to truth ) provides an adequate introduction to the teachings of Dr. Stylianos Atteshlis aka Daskalos who is, to me, the most complete reference to truth I have come across.

These Booklets are convenient references, if one is attracted to their contents then the powerful publications 'Joshua Immanuel The Christ, His Life on Earth and His Teachings' , 'Words of Truth' The Symbol of Life' and the DVD and DC series of live Daskalos Stoa lessons ( on Stoa.com ) will surely help fill that attraction.

I don't understand the reviews here on this page. It seams that only one has read it. And the other one didn't understand it. The rest is writing about something else. I study the DASKALOS teachings since 20 years and they are amazing. I for example stopped smoking without suffering only with the right use of the elementals. You learn to clean your subconsciousness and have a better life. You do the exercises and lift with the time your consciousness, even you can get the ability to get clarified. Someone wrote a nonsens about someone can influe others and manipulate them with elementals, but he totally has missunderstood the teachings. I can recommend the book, if someone wants to work on himself. There are no dogmas at all. The book contains a part with the teachings to understand the invisible laws and after that are many exercises and meditation. Its A work book. It's like, you see the mountain, but you have to go up for yourself. And it shouldn't be the first book from DASKALOS. There are others for beginners. Or look on youtube (for example put in: elementals DASKALOS...and in 6 minutes you get an insight. There are many short videos from the reseachersoftruth. And no dogmas at all. The knowledge is hidden in every religion . But DASKALOS makes us understand and use it for a better life. For me the best teachings, I have ever found.

I am in a 33 week Researchers of Truth FaceBook study with hundreds of others and The Esoteric Practice is our text book. We do a section of the book each week. Currently we are on the 13th lesson. Great hands on book.

One of the best Christian meditation/exercise books I've read in over a decade.

Explanations of the higher worlds and our true nature are second only to The Esoteric Teachings, by the same author.
