It's Christmas at Collinwood and Quentin is looking forward to the hoilday season and has big plans, but when children of Collinsport start going missing and the return of an old friend comes to Collinwood, it seems Christmas might not turn out well after all.

Wow! This was fun and really felt like a special christmasy story! The story was incredibly fun with all the returning characters we've had this series come together to celebrate but there is a slight darkness to this story also, but still remains incredibly fun! It's also filled with atmosphere and surprises!

Listen to this one, you will not be disappointed! 10/10

Another stirring Dark Shadows dramatic reading that certainly delivers the scares! During the holiday season, Quentin decides to summon up those who have passed on including deceased relatives and reunite with him at Collinwood. However, some very unsavory spirits arrive, young children begin disappearing from town.....and the saga continues. A must listen for all you DS fans. Performances were excellent!

A great Collinwood holiday listen.
Spooky, suspenseful, a little heartfelt; didn't disappoint. Andrew Collins is fitting a little better into Barnabas' shoes in this one and they touch more on Barnabas'change in personality, which was nice and I think helps.
The downside is the actor who plays Stokes doesn't quite fit the role, but he still gives a good performance.
I don't know why I don't listen to this one every year at this time.

I thought this was a lot of fun to listen to. I liked how they reintroduced Professor Stokes, and I loved the evil Christmas spirit and his caroling entities.

What a surprisingly Christmassy horror story! In the usual Dark Shadows style, this has lots of atmosphere, a good deal of mysterious and ambiguous talk, and a tiny bit of action.

The best of the 1st series of Dark Shadows from Big Finish, with some genuine surprises. Hancock sets a lovely mood with his script, which is lovingly brought to life by John Karlin, David Selby, Kathryn Leigh Scott, Lara Parker, Andrew Collins, and Toby Longworth (and a surprise guest appearance). Turn down the lights, listen, and immerse yourself into the world of Collinwood and its ghostly inhabitants!
