I really did follow the diet and exercises in this book to the letter. (an absolute first for me) the results are amazing! I am wearing 100% cotton jeans I found in the back of my closet from 20 yrs ago! I recommend this book to someone who is extremely motivated. Like most diet/exercise programs, it is a challenge to stick with but the results are very rewarding.
