This is a great in-depth experience report about the exceptional way the Chinese company Haier has organized and re-organized itself as a network or ecosystem. A must-read for anyone who wants to transform their organization.

Good, but not as great as the first one

As usual with the corporate rebels, one ends up highlighting some 60% or more from the book.

Just everything is a gem. Maybe it's not as surprising as the first one, but still is totally recommended.
