Good Grief: Finding Light in the Emotional Depths of Life

Rate this book
To live is to be touched by grief.

But have you actually grieved? Have you allowed yourself to feel the pain, heartache, and disappointment to journey through grief, to see what's on the other side of it?

It's time to enter a new paradigm of grief. Whether you're mourning an intangible or tangible loss, or whether you're years into your grief journey or it's been a few days, "Good Finding Light in the Emotional Depths of Life" serves as an invitation to honor exactly where you are. This book will remind you that while grief may be part of your journey, it's never bigger than you are.

Heartbreakingly beautiful

The resilience of humans and their ability to find light through their darkest hours is beautiful. It was a beautiful read.
