#1 - Cranberry Sage Miracle - Dolphin Bay Mystery #4
With Christmas approaching, Anna has her hands full with her mother, Sofia, visiting from southern California. The Gardiner's, one of the wealthiest families in Dolphin Bay, are holding a holiday party. Gino Mancini is a friend of the patriarch, Edward Gardiner, and they play chess on a regular basis. Gino has asked Anna to attend the party with him. Throughout the evening, Edward makes numerous comments about a big announcement he plans to make at Christmas. A few days later, Anna learns that Edward Gardiner is dead and the police are saying he was murdered in his sleep.
The list of suspects all live on the property or in the main house. To complicate matters, the police don't seem to be getting anywhere with their investigation.
Who killed Edward Gardiner? Why was he killed? What was his big announcement? Can Anna figure out the mystery?

A fun collection of books from three popular murder mystery series by author Leena Clover. I enjoyed re-reading two excellent stories, as well as enjoying one new series. But for me, one of the best things was learning more about a character in Pelican Cove (Heather) that has had me wondering about her for the series. She is a sidekick to Jenny King (main character) in the Pelican Cove series. My image of her is much more positive after reading this information.
The best thing about this collection, is each story is complete without cliffhangers. If you want to continue one or all of the series, you can do so! Great characters, realistic situations, and intricate plots all add up to three fun and engaging stories plus more! Merry Christmas any time you read these!

Three fun Christmas cozies in one set! Interesting plots, delightful characters and expert storytelling combine to the pages turning quickly. I enjoyed these books and am looking forward to more from this author. I received a complimentary copy of this book and chose to write a voluntary, unbiased review.

This was a themed boxed set from different authors some of whom I’ve “met” before. Loved it! Well written and enthralling. Will certainly continue with other books in their series!

Jenny seem to have a sixth sense when it comes to solving murders. These books are each different in plots but are enjoyable reads.
