A stunning collection of black and white photographs capturing the end of the traditional Arctic lifestyle. Interesting commentary as well, although the structure of the photographs (by topic not chronology) led to duplication of information and difficulty following the author's trips. A map would have been helpful.

To learn more about Bruemmer, I may try Arctic Memories: Living with the Inuit.
