I found this book to be incredibly helpful and insightful. Although it was written over thirty years ago now, the wisdom it contains is still profound. I would highly recommend this to anyone going into ministry.

The person most helped by this book was myself. I have struggled off and on with depression. It was more agonizing when I was younger because I didn't have a name for what I was going through. This book gave me the handle that I needed to understand it. It also helped me to understand other kinds of stress and crises that people go through, and how to help them at that time.
