Journaling for Mental Health : Journaling is one of the tools that helped me overcome depression. It required very little effort and allowed me to shift my viewpoint and take control.

Sharing My Journey : My hope is that by sharing the techniques that worked for me it will relieve someone else's suffering.
Plenty of Space to Write : I wanted to provide a lined journal with a preface of what journaling style worked for me. This will allow you to try these themes without being boxed into prompts.

Journal at Your Own Pace : I'll suggest journaling twice a day; once in the morning and once at night. I know how crippling depression can be so be kind to yourself and come back when you're ready.
