A nice follow up to "Falling for a Dancer," which was an angst-filled Irish romance about a woman who got pregnant out of wedlock in 1940s Ireland.

This is a direct sequel that follows the son of the previous main character as he attempts to track down his father, and finds love and fortune along the way.

Not as good as the first novel, but enjoyable enough.

a really interesting book as it links back to falling for a dancer and some of the characters are developed further. this was a gripping read in the same way that falling for a dancer is, an intriguing plot laced with tragedy and adultery!

This book felt quite boring at the beginning so I was literally dragging it a lot. When it was about to end I didn’t expect a sudden twist in the story which was the tragedy happened to Fleur and her son and suddenly Francey proposing to Hazel. It got very Interesting and also kind of addictive at the end. Even though I didn’t really find it attractive at the beginning I clearly fell in love with the story by the end.
