Wow! Finally a nutrition book that explains the difference between all the different kinds of sugar and oils. Dee is a chemist who puts it in lay-mans terms. I like that most of what she says, she backs up with solid science. There are a few things that I don't agree with: some of the new-age ideas that doesn't have the science behind it. I would highly recommend this book to anyone confused by all the differing claims about nutrition. A lot of what she says is just plain common sense, too!
