David M. Melesky is an experienced attorney with New England roots, who is currently working on his next book.
Born and raised in Connecticut, David grew up in the little town of Bethlehem where he attended local public schools. His college years resulted in a B.A. degree from Franklin Pierce College in New Hampshire, and also included studies overseas in England. He later graduated from Vermont Law School, earning a Juris Doctor degree.
Subsequently, he moved to Maine with his family and lived there for many years. In combination with his love of travel and his work, he visted most of the states and numerous foreign countires. Lately, while hanging his hat in Pennsylvania, he continues to divide his time between legal work and his love of writing.
Once again, I am compelled to complement the works of David Melesky. Although I read "I Remember Bethlehem" several years agao, the sentiment of the season brings back memories of this enjoyable read. Meleskly is a brilliant story teller with a laugh-out-loud sense of humor. You are missing out if you haven't read this book recounting nostalgic stories from his childhood in Connecticut's quaint little town of Bethlehem, the "Christmas Town".
This was an interesting collection of the author's childhood memories. Some parts of the book are really funny, especially some of the adventures in school. It was a look back to a simpler time in life and it was an enjoyable read.
