This book is fantastic! It has full page (black and white) illustrations to help with identification of the plants. Cooking guidelines are included as well. The copy that the library has is from 1973, and I'm not having luck finding a newer copy for sale online. I will keep looking because this is a book I would like to add to my kitchen library at home.
