Worst recipes I’ve ever seen. Who thinks it’s good idea to make a pasta sauce with raisins and cabbage?

This book has precursory information at the preface, which describes some information about the items that will be used.
Though the book seems to have allot of usable information in terms of recipes.
Though it does not truly explain the benefits of the recipe on the page which I have always found useful.

Since it allows me to understand why things work.
