I have a bit of mixed feelings on this volume, mainly because I LOVE Claudia and her brother, but the Prince is not a male lead I’m fond of.
On the one hand, I super disliked the meeting that he and Claudia had, but I surprisingly liked how desperate he seemed by the end of this volume? He was so pushy with Claudia at first, and I suppose he STILL is, but there is a neediness to him I didn’t expect? It makes me like his character a little more, but I would say TBD on if I’ll like him more or not later on.
Claudia, on the other hand, is such a wonderful heroine! Her sister is completely unhinged, and I was really surprised that she wants a good relationship with her. We see at least two moments of that where it confirms she doesn’t hate her and that it's not Fermina's fault, but her father’s. I think it speaks a lot about her character, truthfully, and I enjoy seeing her slowly start to thrive!
I really liked the bonus story at the end and how it offered more insight into her brother’s character! He seems pretty fun, and I hope we see more of him in the future!
The ending makes me VERY curious about what’s in store for the next volume!
It's almost painful to have to wait for another volume to come out... But I guess you can always read the light novels when you're waiting. Unfortunately I've already read them, lol! I kind of feel like rereading them now... Maybe that'll take care of the craving for more!
Oh heck yes. I love the tension between the prince and Claudia (ship ship ship, though at times I wishes there was just a tad more consent). Fermina, good lord girl, how are people falling for those things she is just horrendous. I love how Claudia is trying her best and using what she learned in her first life, I am so rooting for her, she deserves a happy ending. Oh, and that cover, I LOVE LOVE that.
Omg, Claudia's relationship with her brother is so cute in this timeliness!!! Loving Seeing you them team up. It's very interesting so far. Cart, wait for the next volume
Another fun one. The way this volume was printed however is less than stellar. Normally in manga there’s a cast of characters at the beginning and a synopsis of the previous volume(s). This has nothing of the sort along with no end pages as the last book had. Not a knock towards the story, that is very intriguing, but more towards Seven Seas. 3.5 stars
The prince and Claudia!! He really likes her and is intrigued by her, and she’s doing everything possible to not fall into Fermina’s hands. Honestly, doesn’t Fermina get tired? She’s always trying to frame Claudia in the most obvious ways. I like the way Claudia handles everything, she tries to be good even when nothing is going as planned.
I am not certain I like this main lead prince....he's quite grabby. but claudia's relationship with her brother is so sweet in this timeline!! I loved seeing them team up. the school looks like it will be such a interesting and fraught battlefield....

Volume Two contains three tropes I deeply dislike: 1. Unaddressed incidents of dubious consent. 2. Everyone goes to an academy. 3. Plot revolves around an impending school festival.
Wish there was more Helen and less dub-con Prince. Note to self: do not buy future volumes.
God the sister is so unhinged it’s crazy. I love seeing her flustered over the prince, and it’s nice she at least got a better relationship with her brother in this next life. She’s gonna need all the allies she can get
I think it's debatable on whether you could call the femc a "villain" because she's bent on taking down her truly awful sister (which, her actions make sense given her backstory, but circumstances never justify actions; they just inform them) but that's more semantics than anything
Many swoon worthy Prince events in this book. The father sends Fermina to a school far away and then she returns more vicious than ever. Better than the first volume, and an enjoyable time.
