Love the book so far, can you please put the book up on Amazon so we can buy the book. Some of these apps ask too much money. It's like 70 to 100$ to finish a book.

I ended up paying Galatea to read it. I could not wait the 6 hours in between for the free chapter. It ended up being around $25 for this story but two separate $13.99 transactions. Which is the cost of most hardcover books but this is read in an app. I don’t hate that idea but I’m also not a fan. But I have paid way more for books elsewhere or special covers. So I’m okay with paying that but also won’t go back… hopefully. Since I had to pay two times and the second time they doubled my points I now have like 500 points to use. I’m scared to go back and get hooked on another book.

Anyways, the story followed a Luna named Abigail and her second chance mate Roman. There’s a crazy ex alpha mate that has an affair because Anyways, he’s not worthy. I liked the story enough to continue and pay a ridiculous amount to read on an app. So there’s that. But it did remind me of fanfiction but slightly elevated. Like it was better than fanfiction but not good enough to print. Ouch. That sounds bad. It was a good story.

I honestly adored this. I picked it up and could not stop reading. I lost sleep over this story. I'm always down for a good comeuppance for the jerk at the beginning. I loveeeddd the found family in this. The plot was excellent and well-paced. It was a bit of a slow burn on the romance, simply because of the struggles that they were dealing with. Overall, one of the best werewolf romances I have read in a while!

Tropes

Paranormal Romance
Second chance mates
Fated Mates
Found Family/Pack

Her fated mate cheated on her. Not only cheated on her but is having a baby with another. They are going to have to reject each other. She is going to be a claimed mate that is rejected. That is a death sentence for her. No pack is going to want her. He was going to be alpha and she luna. She's been training for it for years. But this won't break her. The notoriously ruthless alpha of the pack next to them agreed to take her. Only when he comes to get her, he drops a bomb on her now former pack. She is a graced luna. An extremely rare (hasn't been one in forever) and the future alpha and her would have been an unstoppable pair together if he could have kept it in his pants. They leave with protection and keep an eye on the rearview mirror because they know this isn't the end. The future alpha isn't going to just let that kind of power go, even if he already rejected her.

I was in the mood to read romance, and my Galatea app is plentiful with them. And Luna Graced did not disappoint with its second chance mates, protector, grumpy Alpha!

Abigail had recently been rejected by her fated mate right before they ‘joined’. And being rejected by the future Alpha of the pack means that the her pack wont accept her anymore! 😢. So Abigail was accepted into The Luko pack by Alpha Roman, and because he has an Oracle in his pack he knew that Abigail was graced by the moon goddess.

Not only does Abby have to go through the pain of rejection, she has to be accepted by her new pack and Roman. Their story unfolds in a heartwarming way. And I think this indie writer did a great job telling their story!

The spice level was low, but it doesn’t matter when the story is well written!

This is a shifter romance about Abigail. She is cheated on and rejected by her mate, Carson. She leaves the pack and finds a home in Pack Luko, with Alpha Roman & others who have suffered loss.

I liked how this story didn’t unnecessarily drag on like others on these pay as you go apps*. I enjoyed this fast paced book & would’ve read it sooner if I could’ve. I would definitely read more from this Author.

*Saw this as an Ad on Facebook for the Galatea app. First few chapters are free, but it takes 6 hours per chapter unless you opt to pay. Luckily it was only 46 chapters.

This was a great book with new and original tidbits in the Werewolf world 🩶
Quite liking Abby and Roman, now that he’s on board..lol
We need Walter’s blissful Ribs & Sauce Recipe!!!😋👅-Who knew eating saucy ribs could be so sensual, I bet licking the sauce off of the Alphas chest would be quite yummy 😈

Advise for others, skip it in Galatea, read AND enjoy it when can read as a regular book so as not to lose momentum 😉

😡🙄Unfortunately could only read it in Galatea, took jun2025-jan2026 to read it as takes 6hours to get the next chapter, and that tends to increase as the further you read… plus, honestly, you get annoyed with the app and end up reading a real book that you can read normally, buy time I got to the end chapters I had forgotten most of the characters, plot, most of the book… If I could have read it normally I know I would have loved it… -1⭐️ b/c of Galatea (I really want to take away x4⭐️ b/c of Galatea but that’s not fair to the writer)

So, I read the first four chapters of this on Instagram and was intrigued. The set up was truly excellent, a very compelling story idea.

It went downhill fast.

The story isn’t available on any conventional platform. Instead, it’s in an app where either you have to pay for access (and Lordy, it’s not cheap) or you have to wait 6 hours for each approximately 1200 word chapter. Stubbornness had me waiting for each chapter like it was wattpad fanfiction.

Was it worth it? Unequivocally no. After the fascinating set up, this story was rendered in crayon. It was simplistic in the worst of ways and, after the first four chapters, completely lacking in real feeling. The heroine was a Mary Sue who was somehow both the best warrior and the best at organizing a kitchen. The smut consisted mostly of eating ribs with barbeque sauce. The alpha hero, who had a compelling backstory set up, amounted to nothing but a growling tablecloth. The villain was dispatched with no drama.

Bottom line: absolutely not worth either the time or the unconscionably steep price.

Ok, let’s see, how to describe this book. . . It was the best of times, it was the worst of times!
It’s a wattpad story where the writing just gets worse with each chapter but you can’t stop because the story itself puts you in a chokehold and so it becomes a love hate read.
I can’t say id recommend this but it did have elements of shifter rejection ouch that could’ve been something if the writing wasn’t so terrible. I do not like books with multiple POVs and this had like 6 POVs. So that was majorly annoying. Nah to this book.

This book was wonderful! I really enjoyed reading it, the story between them was really interesting a new story of werewolves. I could read more about the two of them. Definitely will read more from this author. Very well written.

Not a very compelling story or characters. I was a bit disappointed that the concept of a Graced Luna was really rather underwhelming in the grand scheme. The antagonist was meh, everything was meh.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS BOOK!!
This book was a rollercoaster ride of emotions that kept me on the edge of my seat. I was completely consumed. There's so much excitement and the suspense is off the charts. I laughed and then I cried hard. My heart was just breaking for Abby. I loved her character, she was so strong and you instantly know she's a warrior. She held her head head and never let anyone see her vulnerable. Her character is so sweet, kind and caring but she's also tough and isn't gonna let anyone walk all over her and that makes her even more beautiful. Carson's character you know instantly he's an idiot and not good enough for Abby. I really loved how Alpha Edward Carsons father and his mother are kind hearted people and they love Abby like a daughter. When Carson betrays Abby you could feel the emotions coming off the pages. This is my first book by this Author and it most definitely won't be my last. Her writing style draws you in keeps you engrossed from the very first page. This is a book I would definitely read again. Alpha Roman is a big gorgeous hulking man who is a total bad*ss and not to mention sex on a stick, he puts fear in people just looking at him and he has a reputation of being a mean brute of a man but deep down he has a kind heart that cares about protecting his pack and the people he cares about. When he hears what's happened to Abby he becomes enraged and knows he has to have her but he also knows a secret no one else knows and shocks everyone when he tells them. This book is a must read it has everything I love in a book. At times it left me feeling jittery inside. There are several moments that will leave your heart pounding. At times it's so heartwarming you can almost feel the love. Though there wasn't alot of sex scenes the story is so sensual you feel it.
The ending was perfect and left a smile on my face but I hated to see the book end. I extremely recommend this book to every.

Review:
I genuinely enjoyed this book! I was pulling my hair with Galatea on this book, but I’m so glad that I stuck it out. I freaking LOVED this book! I loved Alpha Roman Luko, our graced luna Abigail, Abigail’s parents, Pack Luko and last, but definitely not least, our Oracle. Their love and support for one another was top fckn tier! I also loved that I liked Alpha Edward in the beginning only to hate him because he’s an idiot at the end. I also HAAAATED Pack Oru, specifically Carson, Luna Hazel and Taylor’s b*a*. I was laughing, crying, swoon, and pissed tf off throughout this book. LOVED & HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I read this on Galatea. You have to wait so many hours for the next chapter to be unlocked after finishing one or use coins to unlock the next chapter. I had been saving up coins (from reading some every day and watching ads) and I used them on this book. I couldn't stop reading. I kept having to unlock the next chapter. This is definitely the best book I've read on the app so far. It's about werewolves and mates like many of the others, but it was written way better. Everything didn't drag out or happen too soon. It had great timing.

Two stars for the story itself and the potential it holds. I enjoyed the premise and supporting characters, but this is not a refined or professional book (yet, if this is used as a very early outline, it could rock). The writing is shallow to what it could be. The POV transitions are way too frequent, and I look forward to the day when novelists stop using exclamation marks in their books. ❤️

Moral of the story, I need to stop falling for those IG/FB book ads that take you to sketchy book apps like Galatea and Webnovel.

I want to give this book a better rating. It was super good but if you can’t publish a book where I can buy it all not just a chapter at a time so I have no idea how much it’s going to cost then you don’t get a good rating. Find a better publisher or at least let a person know how much the book is and none of this waiting 6 hours before chapters. I only get so long at night to read and it’s my time not yours to dictate.
Annoying crappy app

Really enjoyed this take on the rejected mates trope

Ok, we all know how the fated mate thing works. However the author introduced a bit of a different spin on it. Abby and Carson have known they were mates since they were 16. They’re 22 now and on the cusp of taking over the pack from his father. Abby has been training to be the perfect luna for the past 6 years. Unbeknownst to them, Abby is a “graced luna.” Incredibly rare, and incredibly powerful. The thing with graced lunas is that Carson wouldn’t feel the strong mate bond until they completed the bonding process. He marked her, but that was only one step in the process. So with his strong alpha hormones in overdrive, he felt pulled toward another female in the pack. Turns out they had been sneaking around for a year and now she’s pregnant.

So now we have a mess, a marked luna that is rejected by her alpha is the object of derision in “wolfdom.” While she is beloved in her pack, over time her packmates will shun her. They find a pack that takes in all shifters that have no place to go. They lost their mates and are shunned for whatever reason, find acceptance in Pack Luko. They take in Abby and Alpha Roman helps her heal. Of course once Carson understands what he lost he wants her back. I think there’s an interesting subtext here about how power can corrupt even the best of people. In the early chapters, Abby’s original alpha and luna genuinely love her as a daughter. They are horrified with what their son has done. For his part, even Carson is remorseful for hurting her, even though he tells his mom that he’s in love with another. But when they find out she was a graced luna (they had no idea until Alpha Roman told them) they do change and lose all the warmth they had in the first part of the book in pursuit of the power that Abby could have brought to their pack.

I thought the author did a very good job of setting the stage for the story to unfold. Character development was well done as well. There were some scenes where I could absolutely feel Abby’s utter devastation and resolve to get through this with her dignity. I admit I love Abby and Alpha Luko together. They are definitely couple goals.

Steam level is fairly low, but I’m not mad at it. The storyline was good enough that it didn’t matter to me. I do highly recommend this book.

I would have probably finished this one within a day if it wasn't for the Galatea app only giving me 2 chapters every 6 hours (the wait time after finishing 2 chapters, unless you use their points to unlock early)

It's apparently also available in paperback on the Galatea shop, but I think they only ship in the USA :(
Yes, I was tempted to purchase the paperback, but I live in Europe and they do not ship it to my country :(

Our lead female Abigail "Abby" was rejected by her first mate Carson. But at the rejection ceremony he catches a glimpse of her true power. And he does not seem to want to give up on that power.

Alpha Roman Luko, her second chance mate, he lost his mate and unborn pup a couple years ago. And does not seem ready for a new mate and all that comes with it.

For a web novel this book was extremely well written. It grabbed my attention from the start and it also kept it until the very end.
With a very lovely epilogue to finish this story.
