This is the last English translation volume for now. Though the story still okay to follow, the plot beginning to flat. No such secret involved, only new enemies and everyday life story here.

Red, Rit and Ruti (not the best chosen names to be honest) decide on a quiet holiday while the new hero Van visits Zoltan to collect the stranded demon lord's ship. While enjoying their vacation, it also becomes clear Van is not a typical hero and the young man's actions causes much trouble.

Much like earlier volumes we get a nice mix of romance, slice-of-life and an intriguing plot/world building about the Blessing, its nature and influence on the people. Van is certainly an interesting villain of the type I love to hate. The fact that death is not an option makes it all the more interesting.

The pacing is a bit off, lot of quiet life in the first 60% or so and all the action in the later part. It also is the start of the arc, ending at a bit of a cliff-hanger, not the worse, and fairly common for light novels.

So, a good addition to the series and looking forward to the next volume.
