This wasn't unenjoyable.

It was short though, I think I would have liked it to be longer, and a lot less telling. Most of the action takes place off page.

This had a lot of potential, and I would really like to have seen more.
I will gladly read the next one, but I fear it will probably be just as short.

A jewel of a find! Yep, Reagan Hawk (AKA Mandy Roth) has the start of a wonderful series here. This is a short read with all the action and heat you could want. Aeron, doctor extraordinaire, is dating one man, but her heart--well, not necessarily his. Brad is a warrior who comes to save her from a vicious enemy only to leave her for good--or did he?

Aeron couldn't say goodbye so she used her skills to build another Brad. One who could fight that enemy. Too bad he couldn't be what she really wanted. Then, she didn't know just how good she was, or what her creation really could be.

Don't miss the SyFy, romance, hot story of love and friendship and impossible dreams come true. It won't take long to read. It will leave you wanting more. It will make you fall in love...maybe more than once. A strong recommend from me and a pretty please for MORE from the author.

Short story. 79 pages.

Brad has always loved Aeron and when he finds out she's in danger he rushes to help her and ends up being shot so badly he brain dead for year. Aeron has loved him for a long time too but now it's too late for them to be together. Or is it? (Eyebrow raise)

Good short story. I wish the author would have fleshed out the prison scenes and escapes, I'm sure it really would have added to the book. That being said, it still was a really good short story. I'd recommend it for sci-fi romance lovers.
