Final exam and postgraduated with a M.D. which is a Dr.med.
Then, running a practise/clinic, mixed up with
1. general practitioner and
2. Anesthetics, pain relief and resuscitation.
In 1995, lots of research and studies, mostly on the fields of human nutrition, escpecially in weight gain and slenderness. Found out the principle of becoming overweight and reducing it drastically without side-effects and - above all - yoyo-free!
Published it - both, as text book and for a greater audience, far off the clinical horizons - up to now selling > 2.5 million copies worldwide!

I really do believe, if that newest version, as an eBook, of my big hitter, properly used, could not even bring back slenderness in a very short time, but could also sustainably p r e v e n t such obesity-related diseases, like
- hypercholesterinaemia
- high blood pressure
- arteriosclerosis and last but least
- diabetes (mellitus)
thus increasing significantly life-span and joy of life tremendously.
