“Beef it up”

I had to get up and have a smoothie while I read this wonderful compendium using beef in what seemed like a million recipes!
I’ll be consulting Watson’s book many nights for my favorite meat recipe (ground beef). What a primer for any cook.
Thank you Watson!!

It also included many new recipes.

ridiculously bad

it's honestly a terrible cookbook. 90% of the recipes are the same thing with 1 or 2 extra ingredients to make them different.

Lots of simple dishes from the crockpot crazy days. Good, though it's focused on beef (NOT my preferred meat), and on stretching that beef to feed a crowd (those days are past for me).
