I really liked this book. My wife bought it for me for my birthday because she follows the author on Instagram and said I would love his advice, and I completely agree. He gives 50 tips on how people can perform to their highest potential and sites examples of famous athletes. It’s true for sports for sure but also for life management business, etc. simple into the point I find that this is a book that I will keep and referred to every year.
Allistair McCaw has given Coaches and Athletes a guide to being the best version of yourself that can be used forever! Whether your an athlete or not this book works for life! Nugget after nugget of key habits to develop and sustain. Motivational!
Short but packed full of great inspiring information that will help you stay the course in all you pursue. Well written in short chapters which makes a great resource to continually refer to.
Loved the fast chapters and inspiring advice. I will definitely keep this book handy and revisit when I need self-discipline to keep my habits/consistency going!
McCaw uses 50 to help you perform and his anecdotes are quick but packed full with valuable lessons, giving the book a full and fast paced feel to it. This book a great read for athletes; and as one myself, this is one of the most info-filled book that i have read where I can apply what I’ve read. And even if you are not an athlete, this book drops simple yet powerful information that can improve your life, both personally and professionally. All in all, this book is great and is elite at what it does!
