The last thing Mathilda thought she’d be doing was boarding the Titanic to escape the danger hot on her heels. With knowledge of important papers that could get her killed and a wad of money, she’s trying to get as far away as she can with her older sister.

Fleeing for her life, she becomes a mail order bride. However, Mathilda discovers she might not be able to keep her past a secret. The man she’s supposed to marry is a policeman, with a sixth sense she’s hiding something. He’s also the kindest man she’s ever met, and she’s quickly falling in love with him.

By the time Mathilda decides to confess the truth and hope for the best, as well as his love in return, it may be too late, and lives may be lost.

This is a sweet and heartwarming story full of action and adventure. It includes being pursued by criminals, the sinking of the Titanic, danger, secrets and romance. This is Mathilda and Logan's story, and the character development is outstanding. Mathilda, along with her sister, board the Titanic to escape the danger they are in to become MOBs. Once Mathilda reveals her secret to Logan will he be able to keep both of them safe? Will there be a HEA in their future? Be sure and read this page turning story to find out; I know you will enjoy it as much as I did.

What an adventure

This story is chock full of adventure. From trying to escape from criminals, to the sinking of the Titanic, to traveling to a small town to become a mail order bride, Mathilda's life is never dull. She's concerned about her sister Louise, though, because she was traveling further than Mathilda to also become a mail order bride. Will the criminals find them? I loved reading this story so much and highly recommend it.

Logan is her hero

Mathilda finds herself going from one bad situation to another, desperately searching for a way to escape the danger they find themselves in. Fear can make people do reckless things but all credit to Mathilda, no matter how fearful she is she won't take advantage of Logan and his honour without being honest with him first. Her actions and these strong morals only make her more endearing...as Logan knows as he finds himself falling for her.
A sweet read on Kindle Unlimited.

A very interesting story. Lots of twists and turns.

So much excitement and even a ride on the titanic. Such a scary time in this book. Too many times the girls are in danger. Very enjoyable. A girl with a backbone.

Although this book came out first, I read “Louise: Rescue Me” book first. Mathilda & Louise are sisters. Both books start out the same when they are together but once they are separated, then their individual story begins. Both stories were so good.

Good

I like how it continues the story of the two sisters. Doesn't exactly match up with Louise's, but good to get the whole story. I really enjoyed the ending, especially when do a good turn to someone done her wrong. Nice! A good afternoon's read.

Cute Story

The story has the harrowing night that the Titanic sank, and our two main characters were on it escaping from some very seasoned criminals.
Once back on solid land, both young ladies went in different directions to become mail order Brides.

Slow but good

Though the story has a very slow start it is a good read. I hope Louise 's story is a little deeper.

Wonderful Rescue

I enjoyed the fact that this occurred in the early 1900s. There was plenty of suspense as well as romance and I appreciated that.

Mathilda: Rescue Me - ( Mail-Order Brides) Book 7

I enjoyed reading this book by Sarah Lamb. It has a sweet storyline with wonderful characters and lots of angst for the hero and heroine. Despite
the dastardly villains, they couldn't stop them from finding their HEA. I have found another favorite author. Recommend. JudyE
